Here We Are… Counting Down The Last Days Of Summer. We Never Want It To End. But, This Summer Has Been Poignantly, The Strangest Summer In My Lifetime…

The Season Where We All Want To Be Out In The Sunshine, Smelling The Sea Air (If We’re Near The Water) And Just BREATHE…

Instead We Spent Most Of This Glorious Season Wearing Masks & Social Distancing.

I Personally Know That Summer 2020 Has Changed My Perspective On My Approach To LIFE, The Fall/Winter’20 & BEYOND…

I Spent Spring In Isolation, Along With The Rest Of The World… I Gained Those COVID-19 LBS & Was Afraid To Wear A Bathing Suit This Summer… The Norm Would Be To Workout All Spring & Get My BEACH BODY Ready… Well Anxiety Was Not A Great Component For Working Out.

I Remember Having A Conversation/Challenge, Earlier This Year With A Friend; Regarding The Fact That I’ve Worn Heels To The Beach. I’ve Worn Them Miami & In Europe. I Mentioned That I Would Prove My Point & Wear Them This Summer; On The Beaches Of NEWPORT!!! He Was Blown Away By The Thought.

Well, I’ve Been Holding Out All Summer… My Beach Body Wasn’t Ready… And I PANICKED!!!

After Some Soul Searching; Some Encouragement From My Son & His Girlfriend… I Donned The Swimsuit & Hit The Beach In Lucite Heels; Covid-19 LBS Included. After-all, We ALL Get A “DO OVER” In 2021. And, I Would Like To Think “DO BETTER”!!! ENJOY The Rest Of Your Summer!!!
